Haifa is the 3rd largest city in Israel, after Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. It is the center of industry and also a big technology hub, with companies such as Intel and Google having big offices in the city.
We spent one day here, as we were visiting ISCAR in Tefen, a nearby town. We ate some delicious shawarma at a roadside store called Sabah, tried Middle Eastern deserts, such as Kanafeh, saw the Bahá'í Gardens, and explored the nightlife and food scene.
This is the view from atop the Bahá'í Gardens. These gardens are the most holy site for those who follow the Bahá'í faith. We weren't able to do the tour through the actual gardens, but still enjoyed the beautiful view of Haifa.
