Ah one of the first dishes that comes to mind when you think of Korean food. Although I've eaten bibimbap multiple times back home and in Philadelphia, I wanted to try the dish again in Asia. Today, after sourcing multiple recommendations from my boss at work, my fellow intern and I went to the Bras Basah Complex for lunch. There, I was delighted to find this dish, as it was another filling but relatively healthy food option.

The warm bowl contained white rice topped with an egg, carrots, spinach, and bean sprouts. Additionally, the dish came with chicken and the spicy bibimbap sauce - basically Korean Sriracha.
The bowl also came with a side of kimchi and fried anchovies, along with some miso soup (hm that's Japanese though??).
Really enjoyed this tastier variant of bibimbap and will be back for some more!
